We offer a comprehensive range of outside catering and party planning services, across West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. We regularly cater for events such as dinner dances, cocktail and dinner parties and business functions. We are specialists in organising large receptions for up to 500 guests – but we also cater extensively for smaller functions.

The menus we provide are selected to suit the particular occasion – and will always be of the highest quality, prepared to Cordon Bleu standards.

We can supply an extensive choice of table and sparkling wines at realistic prices. We stock sparkling wines, Champagne methods and several brands of Champagne including Moet & Chandon, Lansons and our house Champagne. Please ask for our current wine list.

If we serve your wines then we make no corkage or service charges and our clients are only charged for the actual number of bottles consumed if we supply your requirements. Wine sales are on a sale or return basis from our own stocks. We also undertake to clear all empty bottles and cartons from site following functions.

We are fortunate to have an experienced and friendly selection of staff available including waitresses, barmen, toastmasters and domestics. Polite, efficient and discreet service is our objective and we place emphasis on clearing quickly after the function is over to leave the venue clean and tidy.

We can supply all the necessary equipment for your function and we hold large stocks on our premises of Royal Doulton crockery, full range of glasses, 'Kings' cutlery, silver wedding cake stands, silver wine coolers and serving trays. We also stock Damask tablecloths, and a full choice of paper napkins.

We strongly advise the use of marquees wherever practicable as they tend to make your function more of an occasion thereby leaving your home clear of guests and generally undisturbed. We are pleased to advise as to the size required and free estimates are available.

Other Requirements
In addition to the services listed above, we are always happy to advise and make the necessary arrangements for any other requirements you might have – such as photographers, toastmasters, flowers, wedding cakes, discotheques and bands, etc.
